Jesus Christ Himself is "Sanctus in Aeternum" — the Holy One forever.

Through Him we see that God's eternal holiness is not only transcendent but redemptive, drawing sinners into fellowship with the Holy One:

Holiness, once distant because of sin, now becomes our eternal inheritance through the eternally holy Christ.
