All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and to the described sex. Animals are guaranteed to be represented in color, pattern, and size. If the animal is not as described, initial contact must take place within 24 hours of receival. We will do our best to make it right up to a full refund. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

Payment plans require a half down nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit and are to be paid within 30 days of deposit.

If the balance fails to be paid within the 30 days, any and all payments made will be retained by us, the deposit will be voided and the animal will go back up for sale.

Currently, all shipments are made Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. When an order is placed, potential shipment dates will be discussed.

All animals are shipped FedEx priority overnight using Ship Your Reptiles.

Animals are packaged in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs included if necessary depending on the season.

An electronic sales agreement is required to be signed before your animal is shipped. If the agreement is not signed, the animal will not leave. If the agreement is signed without a prior agreed upon shipping date, the animal will also not leave. Email correspondence is required for your animal to leave to confirm the shipment date, our signed agreement, and that the animal has shipped.

Online purchases are guaranteed only for live arrival.

If an order is canceled for any reason, a hold of 50% of the purchase price will be issued. If cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the purchase, the hold will be lifted and you will be refunded in full. 

If the cancellation takes place outside of the initial 24 hours, the 50% hold will be considered a nonrefundable deposit on the animal. While this may seem unfair, please do not finalize your purchase until you are certain you are capable and ready for your animal.

Some exceptions apply based on conditions out of the buyer’s control (ex. weather).
